BOQUETE PANAMA
Las Vistas had been designed and approved as a gated community of 62 single family homes. The overall design includes green areas, common use areas, roads, underground utilities, and approved building lots with a total land area of 196,296.93 square meters (ie, approx. 48.5 acres). The average building lot size is 2154 square meters (ie, just over 1/2 acre). The overall Las Vistas layout is shown here (Note: North is up). Las Vistas has two 'quebradas' (streams) flowing through the property; one is year-round and the other is seasonal.
