long and narrow at the points so there is no way to get lost. There is only a 5 minute boat ride out to the second largest
barrier reef in the world and hundreds of world class dive sites within range, including the famous Blue Hole. Also the next
island is Caye Chapel with an 18 hole world class golf Course that is only a 5 minute boat ride away. The Hotel The Seaside Cabanas Hotel was built in 2004/5 in a beautiful
location overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the Belize Barrier reef. Reinforced concrete and block were used in constructing
The Seaside Cabanas, creating one of the most luxurious and stylish accommodations on the island. The architecture of the hotel blends Belizean and Mexican styles with the use of thatch, local
woods and bright colors. The hotel has 16 rooms, reception/tour office, gift shop, bar/palapa lounge, wi-fi, laundry, tool
room and storeroom, There is also a freshwater swimming pool. The grounds are approximately 85ft x 105ft. Accommodation The 16 rooms are made up of: - 4 free standing beachfront, 18ft x 18ft cabanas with queen size bed
- 2 cabanas measuring 18ft x 18ft with queen size bed

floor rooms measuring 22ft x 11ft with 2 double beds
- 4 first floor rooms
with one double bed
- 1 first floor room with two double beds
- 1 two-bedroom suite which has one bedroom with double bed and another with two single beds

All rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator,
and private bathrooms with hot and cold water. Local hardwood and bamboo furniture is used throughout. Pool Area and Gardens The square pool at Seaside Cabanas measures
15ft x 26ft. Beyond the pool area it is sandy with borders of beautiful local tropical plants such as hibiscus and bougainvillea.
There are also several established palm trees at the front of the property. Bar The bar opens daily at 8am serving coffee and pastry. The bar also serves a wide range
of local and imported beers and spirit. Gift Shop The gift shop offers a wide selection of locally made jewelry, pottery, metal work, wood carvings and beachwear
as well as postcards and stamps. Tours A tour operator's license is current to offer a wide selection of tours both on and off the island. Tours include snorkeling,
sailing trips, fishing, manatee watching and mainland trips to view Mayan ruins. In-room massages can also be arranged. Land Ownership Foreign residents may own property and business
